NSS company has set up a Welding Training Center in the factory on Sep. 8^th, 2013, our goal is to strengthen welders’ skill so as to increase productivity、quality and improve NSS comprehensive competitiveness.

Welding training is divided into two major aspects:

1.    New welders must receive pre-job training at Welding Training Center before taking up their posts, and they should pass AWS exam and obtain AWS welder qualification after training.

2.    All welders must undergo regular welding training and NSS will hold regular welding competition at Welding Training Center in order to enhance their practical operation ability. This will inspire team spirit and the commitment to achieve high standards of performance.
